Mildlife are guitarist Adam Halliwell, Kevin McDowell on keys and vocals, percussionist Jim Rindfleish and bass player Tom Shanahan.
Mildlife is built on hours of improvisation, touring and studio time. During their months of touring, the band left dedicated space in its legendary extended encores for improvisation. Over time, those improvisational passages became the album’s centrepiece, ‘Musica’. As lovers of cosmic French disco and prog rock bands such as Cortex, Mildlife’s galactic influences are often worn heart on sleeve and provide sonic narratives on which to embark.
