Madder Lake were an Australian progressive rock/blues group from the 1970s. Based in Melbourne, they established a strong following at hotels and discos with their musical originality.
This is the second album from the band originally released in 1974 - their first, Stillpoint, was released in 1973. This album is another progressive rock gem, another chapter in the story of one Australia's best bands of the 1970s. It once again featured a striking cover from roadie/artist Drak and musically it continues in the same "Psychedelic Blues" vein as its predecessor.
