The 1998 crime comedy, The Big Lebowski has become a cult favourite over the years, noted for its eccentric characters, comedic dream sequences, idiosyncratic dialogue, and its eclectic soundtrack.
The film follows Jeff `The Dude' Lebowski, who is mistaken for the millionaire Jeffrey Lebowski (which explains why he's roughed up and has his precious rug peed on...) In search of recompense, The Dude tracks down his namesake, who offers him a job to track down his kidnapped wife. Aided and hindered by his pals Walter Sobchak (a Vietnam vet), and Donny (master of stupidity), trouble and hilarity surely follow.
In honour of the film's 20th Anniversary, Mondo is proud to present the soundtrack to the Coen Brothers' classic film.
